Responsible and accountable for the direct care of the adult and geriatric patient undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab by functioning as scrub assistant and monitor tech. Must have a minimum of two (2) years radiology tech experience or a minimum of one (1) year of invasive radiology experience or a minimum of two (2) years as surgical scrub tech. Also must have a minimum of six (6) months Cath Lab experience. LA state Radiology Licensure or Surgical Tech Certification required. RCIS preferred. Ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours, have basic understanding of budgetary controls, and take call.
