Management of the ongoing daily operational activities clinical coordination of the patient care unit. Provide management support to the Divisional Director including coordination of staffing and assist with performance improvement. Follow up on unit patient satisfaction issues. Actively promotes an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to the delivery of care. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. BSN or BS in a related field required. Three years experience in a leadership or management role required. CT state RN licensure required.
