Responsible for daily clinical operations of nursing, home health aide, social work and rehab departments in parent office or at branch office. Provides clinical leadership of the team leaders, rehab manager and field staff. Mentors and is clinical resource to ensure appropriate clinical management of home care patients. Ensures agency staffing appropriate for agency volume and agency skill competency needs. Fosters interdisciplinary communication and team approach to home care. Assists Director/VP with policy development and revision. Assists Utilization Manager and Education/PI Coordinator with care map development.
