Performs the primary function of a professional nurse leader and clinical practitioner for patients and staff on assigned unit. Is responsible for the assignment of nursing staff to age appropriate patient care in accordance with Hutcheson Medical Center’s Standards of Care and Standards of Practice. A graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ADN or BSN, BSN preferred. Current hospital experience in appropriate clinical nursing area. Current management experience required with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
