Provides basic, direct patient care under the direction and guidance of Registered Nurse. All care is provided in compliance with and according to departmental policy and procedure and Standards of Care. Participates in assessment of patient and family needs and communicates with the health care team. Previous Emergency Department or military experience such as EMT, CNA or one year of nursing school and BLS certification required.
