Provides clinical pharmacy services while working in collaboration with other members of the health care team to maximize the effectiveness of patient care. Physician's orders are interpreted as to the appropriateness of the order for the patient. Adjustments in therapy are made as necessary as well as monitoring therapy. Product selection and verification of accurate preparation. Provision of drug information *Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy. *Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin. *Two years work experience in a hospital setting preferred. *ACLS Certification preferred.
