Performs specimen collection and processing following established procedures. Maintains good communication skills; displays good judgement, good interpersonal skills are required to carry out the duties of the position. Processes specimens for referral to reference laboratories and aliquots specimens. Training in a formal Phlebotomy program, including a minimum of 60 hours of clinical experience is preferred. Certification by a nationally recognized accrediting agency is preferred.
