Northern WV Home Health is an established agency, servicing Mineral, Hardy, Hampshire, Morgan and Berkeley counties in WV. The agency is associated with Valley Health System, and is expanding services into Jefferson County, WV. There is an immediate need for a Full Time Physical Therapist. Work assignments will be within Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. Physical Therapists with WV licensure or eligibility, and a passion for Home Health Therapy are invited to apply!
