Operates polysomographic equipment in order to measure various diagnostic sleep parameters. Responsible for all facets of performing sleep studies (i.e., EEG, oximetry, electromyographies) for use by physicians in diagnosing and treatment of Sleep disorders. Reviews patient's medical charts, explains procedures to patients, and/or families in order to allay anxieties. Elicit cooperation, prepares patients for testing, and maintains equipment. S cores all completed sleep studies for physicians to interpret.
