Responsible for providing quality nursing care for patients undergoing special cardiac cath procedures. Initiates pre-procedure contact, provides technical assistance to Cardiologist or Radiologist during procedures, collects data for subsequent analysis and provides follow-up care/instructions for patient. A. Minimum Education: A level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a two year Registered Nurse program from an approved school. B. Minimum Work Experience: One to two years of work experience or a Registered Nurse in a critical care environment. C. Certification, Licensure, Registration: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
